“The Art of Sushi” with Chef Ken
In the intimate setting of Cross Rip Gallery, with its opening exhibit of the season “Force of Nature” on display, Chef Ken of Bluefins Sushi & Sake Bar in Chatham will do a short presentation on the art of sushi: it’s history, how to make it and subtle techniques employed in making it the beautiful dish that so many have come to love.
He will be making a variety of traditional maki rolls that guests will eat afterwards. He will use whatever fish is best on the day of the event and will make sure to provide plenty of options for guests.
